In addition to the automotive sector, the company has successfully completed numerous projects in the white goods, electrical & electronics, and healthcare industries. With extensive production capacity and experience, Elvanlar Plastik operates through its four subsidiaries in various fields.

In 2015, Elvanlar Plastik made its first move towards European expansion by investing in a factory in Bulgaria, where it continues to grow rapidly.
With a total of 43 plastic injection machines operating in its domestic and international factories, Elvanlar Plastik has increased its production capacity. It operates on a total area of 30,000 m², with 20,000 m² in Turkey and 10,000 m² in Bulgaria, of which 15,000 m² is indoor facilities. Equipped with high-tech injection machines ranging from 80 to 380 tons, the company specializes in automation, 2K, overmolding, and assembled products, consistently meeting customer expectations with its expert team and continuously updated infrastructure.
Elvanlar manages all stages of project development, from part design to mass production. As a Tier 2 supplier, it provides services in numerous OEM projects with over 24 years of experience in VDA quick connectors, fittings, WIT/PIT, thermostats, resonators, and engine component parts.
